Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition;
  • Be returned in its original packaging;
  • Not show signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Used beauty devices;
  • Personal care products that have been opened or used;
  • Products damaged due to improper use;
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Damaged or Defective Products

    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    Please include:

    • Your order number;
    • A description of the issue;
    • Clear photos or videos showing the problem.

    After review, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

    Change of Mind

    If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

    If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to cancel it.

    Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

    Return Shipping Costs

    Unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
