Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
Approved Refunds

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have entered processing.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
